1. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Customers may choose to pay in cash upon receiving their order through DEGREY.jp’s home delivery service.

When the order is delivered, customers should inspect the products, accept the shipment, and pay the delivery personnel the exact amount shown on the invoice.

No additional fees will be charged beyond the amount stated on the invoice, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
