SHIPPING POLICY

1. APPLICABLE SERVICE

This shipping policy applies to all customers who purchase clothing, apparel, and accessories from DEGREY and request home delivery.

2. DELIVERY SCOPE

2.1. Inner-City Delivery

  • A shipping fee of ¥100 per order applies to deliveries within inner-city districts.
  • For orders requiring same-day express delivery, the shipping fee will be discussed and agreed upon between DEGREY and the customer.

2.2. Suburban and Nationwide Delivery

  • Shipping fees for suburban districts and surrounding areas will be determined through mutual agreement between DEGREY and the customer.
  • Shipping fees for deliveries to other prefectures or regions will be calculated according to the postal service or the courier company’s shipping rates.

Note: Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs and any additional shipping charges incurred (if applicable).

3. DELIVERY TIME

  • Standard-priced orders (excluding promotional items) placed before 6:30 PM and within a 10 km delivery radius will be processed and delivered within 1–3 business days, or according to the delivery time requested by the customer.
  • Standard-priced orders placed after 7:00 PM will be processed on the following business day or delivered according to the carrier’s operating schedule at the time the order is placed.

In certain unavoidable circumstances, DEGREY may experience delivery delays due to force majeure events such as severe weather, traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns during transportation, or unexpected issues during order processing and dispatch.

While waiting for delivery, if customers have any questions regarding their shipment, they may contact DEGREY’s Customer Service Department for assistance.

4. PACKAGING FOR LONG-DISTANCE DELIVERIES

For orders delivered to distant locations through third-party logistics providers, DEGREY will package the products in protective packaging materials or specialized shipping cartons that are larger than the products themselves to ensure safe transportation.

5. GEOGRAPHICAL DELIVERY LIMITATIONS

For customers outside the local area who wish to purchase products in bulk or for wholesale purposes, DEGREY will arrange delivery through third-party logistics providers. Shipping charges will be calculated according to the carrier’s published rates or based on the transportation agreement between both parties.

6. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MERCHANT AND LOGISTICS SERVICE PROVIDER REGARDING SHIPPING DOCUMENTATION

The logistics service provider is responsible for providing all necessary shipping documentation throughout the delivery process.

The carrier has the right and responsibility to provide invoices or relevant documents to competent government authorities upon request.

The transportation provider is responsible for delivering the goods in their original sealed condition and original packaging.

Every shipment will include the following information on the package:

  • Recipient’s name
  • Recipient’s phone number
  • Recipient’s delivery address
  • Order tracking number (waybill number)

To ensure the security and authenticity of each shipment, DEGREY will include the sales invoice with the package.

7. RESPONSIBILITY FOR GOODS DAMAGED DURING TRANSPORTATION

With regard to shipping documentation during the delivery process:

If goods are damaged during transportation, whether the shipment is handled directly by DEGREY or by a third-party logistics provider, DEGREY will take full responsibility for assisting the customer in resolving the issue.

Customers have the right to refuse delivery of damaged products and request a return or exchange in accordance with DEGREY’s Return & Exchange Policy. DEGREY will work directly with the logistics partner to handle any compensation claims under the cooperation agreement between the company and the third-party carrier.

Note: In the event of an unexpected delivery delay, DEGREY will promptly notify the customer. The customer may choose either to cancel the order or continue waiting for delivery.
