Return and Exchange Policy

1. Exchange Conditions

Please keep your receipt to exchange items within 30 days.

Discounted items and personal accessories (underwear, face masks, socks, etc.) are not eligible for exchange.

All purchased products cannot be refunded in cash.

You may exchange for a different size or product within 30 days (Note: the product must be unused, with tags and purchase receipt intact).

Please send us a video of the packaging process and photos of your return order; our consultant will confirm and proceed with processing your exchange.

2. Complaint Cases

An unboxing video is required.

Record a clear video showing all 6 sides of the package.

Clearly show: recipient’s name, order code, address, and phone number.

The video must not be cut or edited.
