• Wash at normal temperature with similar colors.
• Note: The first wash may bleed slightly; washing separately for the first time is highly recommended.
• Do not use bleach or harsh chemicals on the product.
• Hand washing and washing the INSIDE OUT of the product is highly recommended (turn shirts & pants inside out).
• Do not iron directly on the printed graphics.
• Iron over a pressing cloth or use a steam iron at an appropriate temperature.

Product Return & Exchange Policy

1. Conditions for Exchange

• Please keep your invoice/receipt to exchange items within 30 days.
• Discounted items and personal accessories (underwear, face masks, socks, etc.) are not eligible for exchange.
• All purchased products cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
• You can exchange for another size or product within 30 days (Note: the product must be unused, with tags attached and purchase invoice included).
• Please send us a packing video and photos of your return/exchange package; our consultants will verify and process the exchange order for you.

2. In Case of Complaints/Claims

• You must provide an unboxing video.
• Record a clear video showing all 6 sides of the package.
• Clearly show: Recipient’s name, order ID, address, and phone number.
• The video clip must be unedited and uncut.
• Degrey reserves the right to decline resolving cases that do not meet these conditions.
