1. Conditions for exchange

• Please make sure to keep the receipt to exchange items within 30 days.
• Exchanges are not accepted for sale items and personal accessories (underwear, masks, socks…).
• All purchased items are non-refundable for cash.
• You can exchange for another size or a different product within 30 days (Note: the product must be unused, with original tags, labels, and the purchase invoice intact).
• Please send us a video of the packaging along with pictures of your return order; our consultants will verify and initiate the exchange order for you.

2. Claims and Complaints

• You must provide an unboxing video.
• The video must clearly show all 6 sides of the package.
• The video must clearly capture: Recipient’s name, order ID, address, and phone number.
• The clip must be uncut and unedited.
