Product Return & Exchange Policy

1. Conditions for Exchange

• Please make sure to keep the receipt to exchange items within 30 days.
• Exchanges are not accepted for sale items and personal accessories (underwear, masks, socks…).
• All purchased products cannot be refunded in cash.
• You can exchange for another size or a different product within 30 days (Note: the product must be unused, with tags attached, and accompanied by the purchase invoice).
• Please send us a video of the packaging and images of your return/exchange order; our support staff will confirm and process the exchange order for you.

2. Cases for Claims

• You must have an unboxing video of the package.
• Record a clear video showing all 6 sides of the package.
• Clearly record: Recipient’s name, order code, address, and phone number.
