1. Conditions for exchange

• Please keep the invoice to exchange goods within 30 days.
• For discounted items and personal accessories (undergarments, masks, socks…), exchanges are not accepted.
• All purchased items cannot be returned for cash.
• You can exchange for another size or product within 30 days (Note: the product must be unused, with tags intact, and accompanied by the purchase invoice).
• Please send us a video of your packaging and pictures of your return/exchange order; our customer service team will confirm and process the request for you.

2. Cases of complaint

• You must provide an unboxing video.
• Record a clear video showing all 6 sides of the parcel package.
• Clearly record: Recipient’s name, order ID, address, and phone number.
• The video must be uncut and unedited.
• Degrey will not accept or handle cases that do not meet these conditions.
