• Wash at normal temperature, with similarly colored items.
• Do not use bleach on the product.
• Hand wash recommended, and wash INSIDE OUT (turn the shirt/pants inside out).
• Do not iron directly over the printed/embroidered design.
• Iron on the fabric side, or use a steam iron at an appropriate temperature.

1. Exchange Conditions

• Please keep your receipt to exchange items within 30 days.
• Discounted items and personal accessories (underwear, face masks, socks, etc.) are not eligible for exchange.
• All purchased products are not eligible for cash refunds.
• You may exchange for a different size or product within 30 days (Note: the product must be unused, with tags and receipt intact).
• Please send us a video of the unboxing and photos of your return/exchange order; our support staff will confirm and process the exchange for you.

2. Complaint Cases

• You must have an unboxing video.
• Clearly film all 6 sides of the package.
• Clearly show: recipient’s name, order code, address, phone number.
• The video must not be cut or edited.
• Degrey reserves the right not to process claims that do not meet these conditions.
