1. Exchange Conditions

• Please keep your receipt to exchange the item within 30 days.
• Discounted items and personal accessories (underwear, face masks, socks, etc.) are not eligible for exchange.
• All purchased products cannot be refunded for cash.
• You may exchange for a different size or product within 30 days (Note: the product must be unused, with tags and purchase receipt intact.)
• Please send us a packaging video and photos of your exchange order; our consultant will confirm and proceed with your exchange order.

2. Complaint Cases

• You must have an unboxing video
• Record a clear video of all 6 sides of the package
• Clearly show: recipient’s name, order code, address, phone number.
• Video must not be cut or edited
