• Machine wash at normal temperature with similar colors.
• Do not use chemical bleaches on the product.
• We recommend hand washing and washing the product INSIDE OUT (turn the garment inside out).
• Do not iron directly onto the printed design.
• Iron on the fabric side or use a steam iron at a suitable temperature.

Product Exchange/Return Policy

1. Conditions for Exchange

• Please keep the invoice for exchanges within 30 days.
• Discounted items and personal accessories (underwear, masks, socks, etc.) are not eligible for exchange.
• All purchased products are not eligible for cash refunds.
• You may exchange for a different size or another product within 30 days (Note: product must be unused, with tags and purchase invoice attached).
• Please send us a packing video and images of your exchange/return order, our support staff will confirm and process the exchange/return request for you.

2. Claim/Complaint Cases

• You must have an unboxing video.
• Record a clear video showing all 6 sides of the package.
• Clearly show: Recipient’s name, order code, address, and phone number.
• The video must be unedited and uncut.
• Degrey will not address cases that do not meet the above conditions.
