• Thickness: 180gsm (Thick, holds its shape, not a thin type).
• Fit: Oversize silhouette, modern and youthful.
• Sizing Note: The shirt has a dropped-shoulder design made purposely roomy in true Oversize style. Guys with a bulky upper body don’t need to worry about the shoulders/sleeves feeling tight. Customers do NOT need to size up or down; just pick the size that matches your measurements for the best fit.

Care Instructions for Degrey Products

• Wash at normal temperature, with similarly colored items.
• Note: the first wash may release a small amount of dye; it’s recommended to wash separately the first time.
• Do not use bleach or chemical stain removers on the product.
• Hand wash recommended, and turn the item INSIDE OUT before washing (turn the shirt/pants inside out).
• Do not iron directly on the printed design.
• Iron on the fabric side or use a steam iron at an appropriate temperature.

Product Exchange & Return Policy

1. Exchange Conditions

• Please keep your receipt/invoice for exchanges within 30 days.
• Discounted items and personal accessories (underwear, face masks, socks, etc.) are not eligible for exchange.
• All purchased products are not eligible for a cash refund.
• You may exchange for a different size or another product within 30 days (Note: the product must be unused, with tags and receipt intact.)
• Please send us an unboxing video and photos of your exchange order; our staff will confirm and process the exchange for you.

2. Complaint Cases

• You must have an unboxing video.
• Film all 6 sides of the package clearly.
• Clearly show: recipient’s name, order code, address, and phone number.
• The video must not be cut or edited.
• Degrey will not process cases that do not meet these conditions.
