Colors and graphics are exclusively created and developed by the DEGREY in-house design team.

Degrey Product Care Instructions
Wash at normal temperature with garments of similar colors.

Do not apply bleach or harsh chemicals to the product.

Hand washing is highly recommended. Please TURN THE GARMENT INSIDE OUT before washing.

Do not iron directly onto the printed graphic artwork.

Limit the use of heat dryers. If ironing is needed, only iron on the blank fabric areas or use a garment steamer at a suitable, appropriate temperature setting.

Product Return & Exchange Policy
1. Conditions for Exchange
Please keep your original purchase invoice/receipt to be eligible for product exchange within 30 days.

Exchanges and returns are not applicable to sale/discounted items or personal accessories (underwear, face masks, socks, etc.).

All items purchased are non-refundable for cash returns.

You may exchange for a different size or another product within 30 days (Note: the product must be completely unworn, unwashed, with all original tags, labels, and the receipt intact).

Please send us a video of your packaging process along with clear photos of your return package; our customer service team will confirm and process the exchange order for you.

2. Claims and Complaints
An unboxing video is strictly required to resolve any issues.

The video must clearly show all 6 outer sides of the shipping package.

The video must explicitly capture: Recipient’s name, order tracking ID, shipping address, and phone number.

The clip must be continuous with absolutely no cuts, edits, or post-processing.

Degrey reserves the right to refuse resolution for any claims that do not strictly fulfill these listed conditions.
