1. Conditions for Exchange

• Please remember to keep your purchase invoice/receipt to eligible for exchanges within 30 days.
• Exchanges are not applicable to clearance items or personal accessories (underwear, face masks, socks, etc.).
• All purchased items are non-refundable for cash.
• You can exchange for a different size or another product within 30 days (Note: the product must be unworn, unused, with all original tags, labels, and the receipt intact).
• Please provide us with a video of your return packaging process and photos of the item; our customer support team will confirm and process the exchange order for you.

2. Claims and Complaints

• An unboxing video is strictly required.
• The video must clearly show all 6 sides of the package.
• The video must clearly display: Recipient’s name, order ID, address, and phone number.
• The video clip must be continuous with no cuts, edits, or splices.
• Degrey reserves the right to decline resolution for any cases that do not fulfill these conditions.
