1. Exchange Conditions

• Please keep your receipt to exchange the item within 30 days.
• Discounted items and personal accessories (underwear, face masks, socks, etc.) are not eligible for exchange.
• All purchased products cannot be refunded in cash.
• You may exchange for a different size or another product within 30 days (Note: the product must be unused, with tags and receipt intact.)
• Please send us a packing video and photos of your exchange/return order; our support staff will confirm and process the exchange order for you.
