• Wash at normal temperature with garments of similar colors.
• Please note: Slight color bleeding may occur during the first wash; separate washing is recommended for the first cycle.
• Do not apply bleach or harsh chemicals to the product.
• Hand washing is highly recommended, and please WASH THE ITEM INSIDE OUT (flip both tops & bottoms inside out).
• Do not iron directly onto printed graphic artwork.
• Iron only on unprinted fabric surfaces or utilize a garment steamer at a suitable, gentle temperature setting.

Product Return & Exchange Policy

1. Conditions for Exchange

• Please keep your original purchase invoice/receipt to remain eligible for product exchange within 30 days.
• Exchanges and returns are not applicable to sale/discounted items or personal accessories (underwear, face masks, socks, etc.).
• All items purchased are non-refundable for cash returns.
• You may exchange for a different size or another product within 30 days (Note: the product must be completely unworn, unwashed, with all original tags, labels, and the receipt intact).
• Please send us a video of your packaging process along with clear photos of your return package; our customer service team will confirm and process the exchange order for you.

2. Claims and Complaints

• An unboxing video is strictly required to resolve any issues.
• The video must clearly show all 6 outer sides of the shipping package.
• The video must explicitly capture: Recipient’s name, order tracking ID, shipping address, and phone number.
• The clip must be continuous with absolutely no cuts, edits, or post-processing.
• Degrey reserves the right to refuse resolution for any claims that do not strictly fulfill these listed conditions.
