Degrey Product Care Instructions

• Wash at normal temperature, with similar colors.
• Note: The first wash may release some color, recommend washing separately for the first time.
• Do not use chemical bleach on the product.
• It is recommended to hand wash and TURN THE PRODUCT INSIDE OUT (reverse the garment) before washing.
• Do not iron directly on the printed design.
• It is best to iron on the fabric side or use a steam iron at a suitable temperature.

Product Exchange / Return Policy

1. Conditions for Exchange

• Please keep your receipt/invoice for exchanges within 30 days.
• Discounted items and personal accessories (underwear, masks, socks, etc.) are not eligible for exchange.
• All purchased products are not returnable for cash refunds.
• You can exchange for a different size or product within 30 days (Note: product must be unused, with tags and original receipt/invoice).
• Please send us a video clip of your packaging and images of the return/exchange order; our consultants will confirm and process the exchange for you.

2. Complaint Cases

• Record a clear video showing all 6 sides of the package.
• Clearly show: Recipient’s name, order code, address, phone number.
• The clip must be unedited and uncut.
