• Thickness: 180gsm (Thick, keeps its shape well, not a thin fabric type).

• Size Selection Note: The t-shirt pattern features dropped shoulders and is designed to be naturally roomy to standard Oversized specs. Those with a larger upper body can rest assured it won’t feel tight around the shoulders. Customers DO NOT need to size up for margin; please select your true size according to the measurement chart for the best fit experience.

Degrey Product Care Instructions

• Wash at normal temperature with similar colors.
• Note: Some color bleeding may occur during the first wash; separate washing is recommended for the initial cycle.
• Do not use chemical bleaching products on the garment.
• Hand washing is advised, and you should WASH THE INSIDE OUT of the product (turn the t-shirt inside out).
• Do not iron directly onto the printed graphic.
• Iron through a protective cloth layer or use a garment steamer at an appropriate temperature.

Product Return & Exchange Policy

1. Conditions for Exchange

• Please remember to retain the invoice to exchange items within 30 days.
• Exchanges are not accepted for clearance items or personal accessories (underwear, face masks, socks…).
• All purchased products are non-refundable for cash.
• You can exchange for a different size or another product within 30 days (Note: the product must be unused, with original tags intact, and accompanied by the purchase invoice).
• Kindly send us a video clip of the packaging along with photos of your return parcel; a customer support representative will verify it and initiate the exchange order for you.

2. Claims & Complaints Cases

• You must provide an unboxing video of the package.
• The unboxing video must clearly show all 6 sides of the package.
• The video must clearly display: Recipient’s name, order ID, address, and phone number.
• The clip must be continuous with no cuts, splices, or edits.
• Degrey reserves the right to decline resolution for any cases that fail to meet these specified conditions.
